INVEST Marriage
INVEST Marriage is an 8-week program led by Stephanie alongside her husband, Bill, that equips engaged and married couples to build a strong, God-centered relationship. With her warmth, wisdom, and ability to make complex ideas simple, Stephanie brings a deeply personal touch that helps couples feel both encouraged and practically equipped. Through biblical teaching, practical tools, and guided conversations, she draws from her 20+ years of experience in leadership and coaching to meet couples right where they are. Together with Bill, she helps participants discover their shared mission, strengthen communication, and create a clear vision for their future. With resources like the Mission Portrait, DREAM Map, and Grace Place Tool, Stephanie leads couples into cultivating unity, trust, and joy that lasts a lifetime.

Workshops
Working Genius & Mission Portrait
Stephanie offers workshops designed to help leaders and teams gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools for success. The Working Genius + Mission Portrait Workshop combines the Working Genius assessment with a personal Mission Portrait that serves as a guiding compass for resilience, self-awareness, and impact. The Mission Portrait + 7 Igniters Workshop walks individuals through seven stages that bring their vision to life. Each three-hour workshop combines engaging teaching with hands-on application.
