Through biblical teaching, practical tools, and guided conversations, she draws from her 20+ years of experience in leadership and coaching to meet couples right where they are. Marriage Ministry
Stephanie offers workshops designed to help leaders and teams gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools for success. Through the Working Genius + Mission Portrait Workshop, participants take the Working Genius assessment to uncover strengths that improve productivity and collaboration, then craft a personal Mission Portrait—a guiding compass for resilience, self-awareness, and impact. In the Mission Portrait + 7 Igniters Workshop, leaders and individuals alike discover their true purpose, create a personalized Mission Portrait, and walk through seven stages that bring their vision to life. Each three-hour workshop combines engaging teaching with hands-on application, empowering participants to prioritize what matters most, overcome roadblocks, and thrive both personally and professionally.
